  • 8 Vessel Companies Are Listed in Black List – Bisnis Indonesia

    Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Ministry (KKP) lists eight vessel companies to the black list since they violate and cannot meet the requirements for Inka Mina vessel development. Muhammad Zaini, KKP’s Fishing Boat and Fishing Euipment Director, said that several vessel companies would be fined. The amount of fine is determined by auditor and Supreme Audit Agency (BPK). “BPK has conducted audit from 2011 to 2013,” he said. Those companies are listed in black list since they are not responsible for their post-developments, their development process does not meet the schedule, and they do not develop vessel according to the specification on the contract.
